The message of Islam has been distorted and misunderstood as the religion has evolved, and now it's at the point where people aren't sure of what the religion stands for, and it is continually being viewed in a negative light.

This site aims to break down the principles of Islam in a way that is understandable for muslims and non-muslims alike, and to dispel the misunderstandings about what Islam teaches, it's beliefs, who the Prophet Muhammad was, and to show the similarities between Islam and Christianity and Judaism.

This site is still under construction but some sections have been completed and are listed below. For any errors or suggestions on this site, please contact me.

I hope this site helps to create awareness and understanding of Islam which is truly a beautiful religion, but whose image has been tarnished by people abusing it for personal vendettas.

Allah

Muslims believe in monotheism: one God called 'Allah' ('God' in Arabic) and that he is the creator of the universe.

Quran

The Quran is the book of revelations sent down from Allah through Prophet Muhammad, and contains the guidance for how muslims should live.

Muhammad

Muhammad was the chosen Prophet by Allah, and he received the Quran through the angel Gabriel (Jibrail). He also set an example for muslims on how to live as a good muslim.

Angels

Angels are the helpers of Allah that are made out of light to worship him and do his bidding. Some play more of an essential role in Islam than others.

Predestination

All things are preordained by Allah, and a person's fate has already been decided.

Death

We all will die and be asked certain questions in the grave. Those who pass the questions will have a pleasant time in the grave while those who fail will be tortured continuously till the Day of Judgement.

Day of Judgement

On a day known only to Allah, called the Day of Judgement, will be preceded by certain signs, all souls will be risen and tested before Allah, and they will be told, based on their deeds, where they will reside in the Afterlife.

Afterlife

The life in this world is just temporary, and the Afterlife is where we will live forever. We are tested in this world to see if we will live in Heaven or Hell in the hereafter.
